Here’s what we need from you: Translate designs accurately and seamlessly into standards based XHTML/CSS through creative collaboration. Work on multiple projects concurrently, as required. Experience with OOP programming in PHP. Experience with Javascript/AJAX. Experience with JS frameworks (jQuery/MooTools/etc) Experience with MySQL. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment with designers, coders and project managers. Keep up with latest in web technology and code, always trying to find better ways to do things. Be able to find creative solutions to difficult problems. Attention to detail / be your own debugger. Able to meet tight deadlines. Sense of humor.
